Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Crowd Says. By using Crowd Says, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Crowd Says. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Crowd Says only with permission from a parent or guardian.
Your account
- You are responsible for the activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You may not create accounts to evade bans, moderation, or enforcement actions.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including polls, votes, comments, images, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant Crowd Says a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, modify for formatting, distribute, and use your content to operate, improve, and promote the service.
You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to post it.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use Crowd Says to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, shame, or target people or protected groups.
- Post hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, illegal, or graphic content.
- Create polls that objectify real people, encourage abuse, or invite harmful comparisons.
- Share private or sensitive information without permission.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
- Spam, manipulate votes, automate abuse, scrape, or interfere with the service.
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Use the service for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Moderation and enforcement
We may remove content, limit distribution, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other action if we believe these Terms or our Community Guidelines have been violated or if needed to protect users or the service.
Reporting and blocking
Crowd Says may provide tools to report content or users and to block users. You can also contact support@crowdsays.app for safety or abuse concerns.
Purchases and subscriptions
If Crowd Says offers paid digital features, purchases may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another approved payment provider depending on platform rules. Additional terms may apply at purchase.
Third-party services
Crowd Says may use or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.
Termination
You may stop using Crowd Says at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for users, us, or others.
Disclaimers
Crowd Says is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crowd Says will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of Crowd Says after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
