Delete Your Crowd Says Account
You can request deletion of your Crowd Says account and associated personal data.
In the app
- Open Crowd Says.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Account.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps.

By email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address associated with your account:
Include your username and the email address connected to your account. We may ask for additional verification before deleting the account.
What deletion includes
- Account profile information.
- Login credentials or authentication identifiers associated with the account.
- Personal data connected to the account, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of our Terms, or backup integrity. Some content may remain for a limited time in backups before scheduled deletion.
Public content
Some polls, votes, comments, or interactions may be removed, anonymized, or disassociated from your account depending on how the feature works and what is required to maintain service integrity. Before production, this section should match the actual deletion behavior.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
